George Allen guarantees its customers satisfaction with the products it provides. With the exceptions of custom made products, factory direct shipments, and furniture items we will pick up any supply item if you are not happy with it. We ask to be notified within 5 days from receipt of the item and we will gladly pick it up. We also need the manufacturer's packaging material to issue credit.

We need the item number, invoice or packing slip number, and address (if different than where it was originally delivered), and we will promptly get it picked up.

Credit should be issued within 5 working days.
